ARDEX X80 - Flexible adhesive cement resistant to water and frost

Flexible thin and medium layer adhesive cement with great resistance to water and frost. Deformable and waterproof. Very high resistance to traction, compression and flexotraction. Complies with EN 12004 C2 TE S1.

• Natural stone that is not sensitive to moisture
• Suitable construction panels, e.g. plasterboard*

• Insulation boards made of rigid foam with mortar coating on both sides, type wedi ®
• Sound insulation boards

On substrates made of:

• Concrete or masonry (at least 3 months old)
• Aerated concrete.

Product description:

Composite powder based on cements, special additives, MICROTEC ® fibres and flexible synthetic materials. When mixed with water, a soft, pasty adhesive mortar with high stability is obtained.

• Setting time (20ºC): Approx. 15-30 minutes.

• After 24 hours, grouting is possible.

Contains cement. Irritating to skin. Risk of serious eye damage. Keep out of reach of children. Dust must not be inhaled. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. Wear protective gloves, goggles and face protection when handling.

If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately and show the safety label.

In the curdled state, the product is physiologically and ecologically harmless.

Disposal of waste and empty containers must be carried out in accordance with applicable local/regional/national/international legislation.
