panDOMO SP-CEE - Colour Intensifying Polyurethane Sealer

Colour-intensifying, water-based polyurethane sealer prior to the application of panDOMO® SP-PS. Solvent-free. Low odour. Exceptional performance. EC1 Plus. Water vapour permeable.

PANDOMO SP-CEE is a 2-component colour intensifying emulsion based on polyurethane and water. Not suitable as a sealer. Must be applied before PANDOMO SP-PS sealer on suitable floors.

Uses: Interior. Flooring.

To intensify the colour of PANDOMO K1, K2 and K3.

Application over PANDOMO K1, PANDOMO K2 and PANDOMO K3:

After applying PANDOMO Floor, FloorPlus or Loft and allowing the surface to dry for the appropriate time (approx. 12 hours), it must be polished with a suitable sander (e.g. TRIO from Lägler) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

PANDOMO K1 and K3 should be polished with 120 grit paper; for PANDOMO FloorPlus and K2 use 100 grit paper.

Mix the two components of PANDOMO SP-CEE together using a spiral mixing paddle. Continue mixing for at least 2 minutes. To avoid ineffective mixing, after the initial mixing, transfer the material to a new clean container and shake again.

Using a flexible blade or squeegee, apply a thin layer of the material to the dust-free surface of PANDOMO Floor, Floor Plus and Loft, and rub immediately with a single disc rotary polishing/cleaning machine with gentle rotary polishing/cleaning.

Excess material and clumps can leave marks and should be worked thoroughly until no residue remains.

On dark coloured surfaces, it is recommended to apply a second coat of PANDOMO SP-CEE as described above. This is to avoid colour differences.

Notes:

After application, no splashes, polishing machine residues or sheen should be visible on the surface.At the end of the process, the surface should have a satin finish. Drying time: minimum 12 hours.

Ensure good ventilation and working conditions during drying and setting of PANDOMO SP-CEE and prevent dust and other impurities from adhering to the surface. Do not apply at temperatures below +15°C. Non-toxic to humans and animals after setting.

Use appropriate protective equipment (gloves, goggles) when applying the product. Not suitable for permanently wet areas.

Colour fastness:

Prolonged exposure to UV rays may cause slight yellowing of PANDOMO SP-CEE.

Cleaning and disposal:

Clean all mixing utensils and containers thoroughly with clean, fresh water after use.

Refer to the safety data sheet for disposal of leftover material (mixed or unmixed).

Component B: May cause allergic skin reactions.hazardous to health if inhaled. May cause respiratory irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Wear protective gloves. Wear eye protection. Avoid inhalation of vapours/aerosols. 

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.

IF INHALED: Remove affected persons to fresh air and keep at rest in a position where they can breathe freely and comfortably.

Contains isocyanates. May cause allergic reactions.

Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.

PANDOMO SP-CEE is harmless after setting.
