PROTECER IC is a colourless liquid based on organo-functional silanes, which is used to protect reinforced concrete structures against corrosion attack. Highly reactive and resistant to alkalinity, it re-passivates the reinforcements and has a great penetration power.
- It drastically reduces chloride-induced corrosion in the reinforced concrete reinforcement.
- Hydrophobic, it reduces the absorption of water and chloride ions.
- It can be used on repair mortars with corrosion inhibitors, since it does not interfere with them.

PROTECER IC acts against the corrosion of reinforced concrete structures, pre/post-tensioned, such as:
- - Decks, pillars and beams of bridges.
- - Structures of ports, piers, coastlines, ...
- - Facades, balconies, edges of forgings, ...
- - Sports, industrial, commercial structures susceptible to corrosion processes.
- - It can complement concrete protection and/or repair systems or as a preventive action against corrosion.
PROTECER IC reduces both chloride corrosion and carbonation corrosion, in new construction and in rehabilitation.
