Application and consumption*

  • Pajarito 7 300-350 g/m² rubber flooring PVC flooring
  • TKB S2 400-450 g/m² linoleum textile flooring (in combination with WAKOL DL 3078 Conductive Primer)
  • Pajarito 25 500-550 g/m² textile flooring

* Consumption depends on the surface structure and the absorption capacity of the screed.

Screeds

Both the subfloor and the interior climatic conditions must meet the requirements of the current standards and technical data sheets. Screeds must be permanently dry, firm, smooth, and free of cracks, dirt, and substances that impede adhesion.

Fill non-absorbent and uneven screeds with the appropriate Wakol smoothing compounds. The technical information for the primers and smoothing compounds must be observed.

Application

Suitable conductive textile flooring does not require a conductive primer. In all other cases and if there are special requirements, WAKOL DL 3078 conductive primer must be applied to the ready-to-install screed using a WAKOL Primer Roller, 11 mm. A tight film must form. Before gluing the top screed, allow the primer to dry completely: at least 3-5 hours with good ventilation. Installation can also be carried out over a copper tape mesh.

Attention! Observe any additional guidelines specified by the flooring manufacturer.

Stir the adhesive thoroughly before use. Apply evenly to the subfloor using a notched trowel, avoiding adhesive buildup. Lay the flooring, allowing the flashing time to pass, and rub thoroughly. Rub again after a few minutes. If necessary, apply weight to the edges of the flooring until the adhesive sets.
