Arido 35/38 - Aggregate for mortar and screeds

Aggregate for mortars and screeds 35/38 with a controlled grain size of 0-8 mm for the manufacture of screeds with non-shrink cements such as Ardex A35 and Ardex A38.

Field of application:

ARDEX 35/38 is used mixed with the cementitious binders ARDEX A35, ARDEX A38 and ARDEX EB2 in the making of screeds.

Application:

ARIDO 35/38 is mixed with the selected binder (ARDEX A35, ARDEX A38 or ARDEX EB2) and water, using forced action mixers or pumping equipment.

The mixing ratio cement : aggregate can vary from 1:3 to 1:5 depending on the desired compressive strength.

Example of a mixing ratio for a 200 litre mixer:

50 kg ARDEX A 38/A35 = 2 bags

250 kg ARDEX A 35/38 = 30 shovelfuls

12 - 22 l water = depending on the humidity of the sand.

Consumption:

Approximate consumption at a cement : sand ratio of 1:5 is about 15.5 kg/m²-cm.

Storage:

Keep the product in ventilated, dry rooms at temperatures between 5ºC and 30ºC.

Storage: Unlimited in dry places and in its original closed packaging.
