ADIPOX E ANCHORINGS belongs to the new generation of styrene-free epoxy-acrylate resins.
It is particularly suitable for all types of fixings in hollow materials, through a sieve, and for anchorages in solid materials: anchorages of foundation bolts, guide rails, etc. Fixing of anchorages in facades.
ADIPOX E ANCHORINGS is ideal for anchorages in concrete with a low level of steel (see table).
It is suitable for setting in concrete, cellular concrete, stone, brick, hollow concrete, dry concrete.
Physical characteristics:
Two-component epoxy-acrylate resin.
Density: 1.8 kg/lt.
Workability time: 25* minutes (5°C).
Instructions for use:
On hollow materials: drill the hole, insert the sieve, inject the resin and insert the rod or iron with a rotating movement.
On concrete: drill the hole, remove the dust from the inside, inject the resin and insert the rod or iron with a rotating movement.
In both cases it is important to respect the setting times.
A load increase coefficient of 1.33 is recommended for the load calculation (load x 1.33).
Use of the cartridge:
Unscrew and remove the red cap, place the cartridge in the gun, screw on the mixing nozzle, extrude the product. Check that the components are extruded simultaneously. Do not use the first mixture (10 cm).
After the handling time has elapsed, use a new nozzle. It is possible to reuse the cartridge by removing the nozzle and replacing the red cap.
The cartridges are 380 ml and 280 ml.
Do not use the product below 5°C.
Store between 5°C and 25°C.
Precautions:
Does not contain styrene but use in a ventilated area is recommended. Irritating to eyes and skin, suitable clothing, gloves, eye and face protection should be worn.
