Adhesive for PVC design flooring, for laying chemically etched and modern PVC flooring in rolls and tiles. Solvent-free and with a very long open time.
Application
Dispersion adhesive, according to DIN EN 14259, for the adhesive bed installation of:
- -PVC design flooring
- -Homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC flooring in rolls and tiles
- -Cushioned vinyl flooring on properly prepared absorbent and non-absorbent screeds indoors.

Technical Data
Base raw material: Acrylate dispersion
Flashing time: approx. 30 minutes on absorbent screed, approx. 45 minutes on non-absorbent screed
Open time: approx. 180 minutes
Cleaning agent: Water, before the adhesive begins to dry
Storage time: 12 months at room temperature
Storage temperature: not below +5°C, sensitive to freezing
Application and consumption*
TKB A1 / 190 - 220 g/m² / PVC design flooring, homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC flooring in rolls and tiles, chemically etched flooring
*Consumption depends on the surface structure and absorption capacity of the screed.
Screeds
Both the subfloor and the interior climatic conditions must meet the requirements of current standards and technical data sheets. Screeds must be permanently dry, firm, smooth, and free of cracks, dirt, and substances that impede adhesion.
Maul screeds with large uneven surfaces with appropriate Wakol leveling compounds.
The technical information for primers and smoothing pastes must be followed.
Application
Stir the adhesive well before use. Apply evenly to the screed using a notched trowel, avoiding adhesive buildup. Lay the flooring, allowing enough time for a perfect fit, and smooth it thoroughly. Smooth it again after a few minutes; approximately one hour after installation, smooth it again with a roller.
