Laying of natural stone and marble slabs, Jurassic marble, granite, quartzite, etc., including terracotta slabs, without discolouration.
Laying of stoneware tiles and vitrified tiles.
Regularisation of walls and floors for subsequent laying work.
Suitable for screeding over underfloor heating.
Laying tiling on concrete and constructions that are still movable (at least 3 months old).
Product description:
Powder with special cements, selected aggregates and special flexibilising additives.
When mixed with water, it results in a flexible, mouldable and plastic mortar that hardens by the 'Ardurapid Effect' (by hydration with complete crystallisation of the water).
Mixing ratio:
Floors: 8 to 8 1/2 litres of water for 25 kg of powder; corresponding to approximately 1 vol. of water : 2 3/4 vol. of powder.
Walls: approx. 7 1/2 litres of water for 25 kg of powder; corresponding to 1 vol. of water : 3 vol. of powder, approx.
Density:
Approx. 1.1 kg/litre.
Density of the mortar when fresh:
Approx. 1.6 Kg / litre.
Yield:
Approx. 1.2 Kg /m2 / mm.
On smooth surface, approx. 3.3 Kg of powder with 8x8x8 mm trowel.
